Dr. Jason Green

Dr. Jason Green earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. After his medical school training, Dr. Green completed his internship in Long Beach, New York. Throughout his residency in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at North Broward Hospital District/Nova Southeastern University, he trained extensively in the fields of General Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.

Dr. Green performs a full array of state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures. In addition to his passion for Cosmetic Dermatology, he specializes in the prevention, detection and treatment of skin cancers.

Dr. Green’s first office, Fort Lauderdale Dermatology & Cosmetic Center opened in 2005. Given the success of the first practice, in the next two and a half years Dr. Green, in partnership, opened three more branches respectively named after their locations; Bay Harbor Dermatology & Cosmetic Center, Aventura Dermatology & Cosmetic Center, and Eastside Dermatology.

Dr. Green opened his Deerfield Beach office with the intent of creating a state-of-the-art facility that provides all patients with multiple treatment options to serve their skin care needs and cosmetic desires. Dr. Green has dedicated 100% of his practice to the Deerfield Beach office and is proud to take care of his patients.

Rachel Schleichert, MD, earned her medical degree from Ohio State University. She graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega honor society. After completing her dermatology residency at the University of Maryland, she trained at the Skin Institute of South Florida in a dually accredited fellowship for Mohs surgery and cosmetic surgical dermatology.

Dr. Schleichert is a board-certified dermatologist. As a fellow of the American Board of Dermatology, she has authored several scientific journal articles. Dr. Schleichert is an active member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Mattei is excited to serve the Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton area as a specialist in a procedure called Mohs Surgery. Mohs surgery is a very effective treatment for certain skin cancers. The Mohs procedure removes tissue in layers. Dr. Mattei examines each layer microscopically to ensure the skin cancer is completely removed and has performed the procedure thousands of times.

Dr. Mattei is happy to partner with Dr. Green at Green Dermatology & Cosmetic Center. He is fellowship-trained in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology and is part of the American College of Mohs Surgeons. He has also completed a Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship through the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. He completed his dermatology residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and is a board-certified dermatologist. Before coming to Johns Hopkins, he conducted dermatology clinical trials research as a fellow at The Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Jessenia Menendez is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology, with a particular focus on medical and surgical dermatologic care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Barry University in Miami, FL, and went on to earn her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University simultaneously with Miami Dade College.

Jessenia is licensed in Florida and certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is also an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, where she stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in dermatologic care.
